By accessing or using VictoriaLake (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Service

VictoriaLake is a free social gaming platform providing entertainment through virtual reel games. No real money is involved at any stage. Virtual Gold Coins awarded through gameplay have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes, and cannot be purchased. VictoriaLake is not a gambling site and does not hold a gaming licence.

Gold Coins are a virtual in-game currency used solely to track game state during your session. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for any prize, cash, or goods. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Gold Coins at any time without notice or liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to graphics, symbols, logos, text, game mechanics, and software — is the property of VictoriaLake and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario and Canadian law, VictoriaLake and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
